DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Delivery by courier service.

The shipping fees for products are listed in the table below.

The Buyer will receive an email notification about the dispatch/delivery of the package.

2. Personal pickup

Products ordered from our webshop can be picked up in person at the designated pickup points during opening hours. We will notify you by email as soon as your package is ready.

Products can be picked up within 10 business days from the confirmation. If you choose cash on delivery, you can settle the total amount of your order at the pickup points or with the courier, using card, bank transfer, or cash. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

In most cases, we work with products that are in stock (with the exception of extreme sizes). As a result, depending on complexity and quantity, we can produce custom items within 1-3 weeks, including edge processing and surface treatment if requested.
